This can overstretch the muscles of the hip, which, over time, can lead to decreased strength in that muscle. While it may not seem important to have strong hip flexor muscles, the alternative can result in some very unpleasant side effects. For example, muscles are required to absorb some of the shock of daily activities, such as walking, but weak muscles are unable to adequately perform that duty. This results in increased stress and strain on the joints of the pelvis and lower back, which can contribute to chronic pain and weakness.

I had spent several months looking for a fitness program that would help me break through the plateau I’ve reached in my gym routine before happening upon tacfit barbarian and after a month on Scott Sonnon’s program, I have to say I’m more than happy with the results I’ve achieved so far.
