Cucumber appetizers are really great to make because they have a really fresh taste and cool feeling especially when eaten in the summer times. My wife once made some cucumber appetizers that had lobster in them. The lobster was caught fresh at sea just earlier in the day. My brother has a boat and he often goes out to catch crab and that morning, a lobster was also caught up in the crab cage, much to his surprise. Being very excited, we brought the lobster back home and my wife wanted to make something from it right away, since she’s a great cook. She proceeded to cook the lobster and take out the meat. Since we weren’t expecting to cook that day she had to look for whatever food was already available so that we didn’t have to run to the grocery store. As it turns out, there were some cucumbers in the fridge that were purchased the day before. So she took the cucumbers, sliced them up and marinated them. After it was flavorful, she put the lobster on top and made delicious cucumber appetizers that everyone will not forget.
